• Volunteers should input truthful information while registering on HO-Chengdu website
• Volunteers are not allowed to go to affected area on their own unless assigned by HO-Chengdu and its NGO partners
• Once volunteer agree to go on a project, volunteer must attend all trainings and briefing related to the project
• Volunteers should follow the instructions and regulations from the project leader while on project
• Volunteers should follow strictly the code of conduct in the affected area or stated by the project
• Volunteers should all sign a responsibility release form before go to any project
• Once on project, volunteers should fulfill the time commitment and responsibility requirement.  Any irresponsible act
  will result in immediate banning from HO-Chengdu database
